Does AniWebScale upload my videos?
No. Enhancement runs locally on your GPU or, when explicitly enabled, through the local native Windows renderer.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Chromium-based browsers and Firefox builds with the required WebGPU capabilities are supported.
What graphics card do I need?
A modern WebGPU-capable GPU is required. Recent integrated graphics may run lighter Anime4K presets, but a powerful dedicated GPU is strongly recommended for 1080p-to-4K processing, AI modes and frame generation. High-resolution 4x modes can require substantial VRAM, especially when combined with frame generation.
Does it work with Crunchyroll, Netflix and protected video?
Crunchyroll, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and similar protected services require the Native Windows renderer; WebGPU cannot read protected frames. AniWebScale never bypasses DRM, so individual services may still block capture even with Native enabled.
What is included for free?
Everything. Anime4K real-time presets, the AI upscaling modes (ArtCNN, ACNet, ARNet), the optional Native Windows renderer and motion-aware frame generation are all available at no cost. There is no paid tier.
How do I get support?
